Original poster by Herbert Bayer (1900-1985). Bayer was a member of the influential Bauhaus school from 1921-1928. From 1925 forward, he headed the new workshop for "Printing and Advertising". This poster is the smallest of the three versions that Bayer created for the famous 1968 Bauhaus Exhibition in Stuttgart. 16 1/2" x 23 1/2".
